LitMail Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the LitMail application ("Application", "Service", "App", or "Add-on") and any associated products or services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", or "your") and the Application developer ("Operator", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Application or Services, you agree to these terms. If you’re using LitMail on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree or lack the authority, you must not access or use LitMail.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing LitMail from the Google Workspace Marketplace and using the Application or Services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Services.

2. Description of Service

LitMail is a Google Sheets and Gmail-based mail merge tool that helps users send personalized email campaigns and track replies. The Service requires a Google account and a spreadsheet of contact data. You are solely responsible for managing your Google account, data inputs, and Internet connectivity.

3. Use of Service

You are responsible for all activity under your Google account used with LitMail. We are not liable for any losses due to unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LitMail if you violate this Agreement or engage in behavior that could damage our reputation.

Google may also take action on your Google account, including suspension or deletion, if it is found to violate Google’s terms (e.g., for spam or abusive content). We are not liable for any actions taken by Google.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use LitMail to:

• Break any laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others

• Send spam, phishing, or malicious content

• Upload viruses or interfere with system operations

• Circumvent security protections

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your access to the Application and Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, code, design, and materials related to LitMail are the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. You are granted no rights or licenses to reproduce or use any trademarks, logos, or proprietary content unless explicitly authorized.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon being posted on our website. Continued use of LitMail after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Archived versions will be available for reference.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

LitMail is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Error-free or uninterrupted service

• That results will meet your expectations

• The accuracy or reliability of any information provided
